Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all domestic orders within Australia. It is designed to clearly explain our shipping process and timelines. By placing an order with Edge Relief, you agree to the following terms.

1. Shipping Costs

Fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders over $50 AUD.
Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM ACST (orders placed after this will be processed the next business day)

  • Transit time: 8–10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

3. Delivery Terms

We primarily use Australia Post for our deliveries.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Edge Relief is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for unsuccessful deliveries where couriers are unable to access your property.

4. Change of Delivery Address

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you need to update your address, please contact our support team within 1 business day of placing your order at support@edgerelief.com.au

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender.

  • If you have already received the parcel, please contact us immediately at support@edgerelief.com.au with photos and details so we can assist you.
